New Dates coming soon!

An Autumn Journey Inward

As autumn invites us to slow down and release, this special 60-minute session offers deep rest for body, mind, and spirit — through the combined magic of yin yoga and live sound.

We’ll move through a gentle sequence of floor-based yin postures, held for longer periods to access deeper layers of the body. As you soften into each shape, a live soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and healing instruments will play continuously, guiding your nervous system into a state of calm and receptivity.

Rather than separating the movement and sound, they’re woven together — creating a deeply immersive, meditative experience.

  • Seasonal release, rest & reflection
  • No yoga experience needed — accessible to all
  • Cosy, candlelit space — bring layers, blankets, and anything to help you feel comfy

£25 |
Let the sound carry you inward, and the practice hold you as you let go.

Frequently Asked Questions FAQs

Got questions? Totally normal.
Lets clear up a few things you might be wondering before stepping onto the mat. Take a breath and dive in. Remember, if you have any further questions, you can always email, whatsapp or call me! Yoga is my favourite subject!

Is the beginners Course really suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. This course is designed specifically as beginner yoga, including for people who have never stepped on a mat before. You don’t need flexibility, fitness, or prior yoga experience — just a willingness to show up and try.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all. Flexibility is not required and all yoga practices will be adapted to suit your body. Our practices are a balance between strength & length and this can only be found with practice! Wear something comfortable that you can move and breathe in and I always reccomend layers!

What style of yoga do you teach?

My teaching blends mindful movement, breath-led flow and moments of stillness. Classes are grounding, accessible and focused on how yoga feels rather than how it looks. You’ll be guided to move in a way that supports your body, your nervous system and your energy on the day.

What are the benefits of practising yoga regularly?

Regular yoga practice can help improve mobility, strength and posture, while also supporting stress reduction, mental clarity and overall wellbeing. Many students notice better sleep, more body awareness and a greater sense of calm and balance in daily life.
