Intro to Yoga — A Gentle First Step
15th October 2pm - 4pm
For every body, every background, every question you've been too shy to ask.
Curious about yoga but unsure where to start? This two-hour beginner-friendly workshop is designed for those who are completely new to yoga or feel hesitant about joining a regular class without knowing the ropes.
We’ll gently explore:
- What yoga really is — beyond the Western fitness lens
- An introduction to the different styles (Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga & more), so you can confidently choose what feels right for you
- A break down of key poses — practiced slowly and mindfully, with guidance on how they should feel in your own unique body
- A calming, accessible yoga class incorporating the shapes we’ve explored — so your first full class feels like a return, not a leap
Held in a small group of no more than 8, this session is intimate, inclusive, and deeply supportive.

Yin & SoundBath

An Autumn Journey Inward
As autumn invites us to slow down and release, this special 60-minute session offers deep rest for body, mind, and spirit — through the combined magic of yin yoga and live sound.
We’ll move through a gentle sequence of floor-based yin postures, held for longer periods to access deeper layers of the body. As you soften into each shape, a live soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and healing instruments will play continuously, guiding your nervous system into a state of calm and receptivity.
Rather than separating the movement and sound, they’re woven together — creating a deeply immersive, meditative experience.
